All the code present in the OSHS software snapshot is © Jozef Behran, 2005 and is free software. You can (re)distribute it and/or modify under the terms of the GNU general public license (GNU GPL)". However this code is not released officially. The only thing that is different from an official release is that this snapshot has no version number (only an identifying timestamp which states when the snapshot was produced) and its source code may completely disappear from the site in the future. Official OSHS releases will be made available in the SourceForge Download Area and they will be available there forever.
The reason why this snapshot is made available here is that I don't want to clutter the SourceForge Download Area with lots of files useful only for the developer (there is no "file delete feature" in the SourceForge Download Area; once a file enters it, the file remains there forever).
The code is copylefted free software so using it in a proprietary product is not a good idea.
